Step up to the plate and savor the cuisine scene in High Point, with several independent restaurants and multiple ethnicities represented. Kayaks, canoes and paddleboats can be rented for the 540-acre lake, and boating and fishing opportunities are also available. One of the most popular recreation destinations in the region is High Point City Lake Park, which has attractions like two playgrounds, miniature golf course, excursion boat, carousel, large swimming pool and train.
